LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
In the name of the benevolent father of all I Archilaus Lingo ofMonroe County, State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament.
I give and bequest to my grandchildren, sons and daughters of myson George H Lingo, now deceased, and my grandchildren, sons and daughters of my son Samuel S Lingo, and to my son William H Lingo, and to Benjamin M Lingo my son, and to Henry H Lingo, my son, ;and to my daughter Eliza Ann Osborn, and to Hester H Vanvolly, my daughter, all my estate, real and personnel that I may own at the time of my death after paying my just debts as follows. To the children of my sons George and Samuel, above named, and to each of my other children above named an equal distributing of my said estate except my daughter Hester H Vanvolly from whom a potation there shall be deduced, two hundred dollars and the balance if any paid to her and no more, and also excepting my son Benjamin M Lingo from whose potation there shall be a deduction of the amount of a note I hold on him for one hundred and fifty six dollars, also fifty dollars I sent to him which he asked no coledged receipt making two hundred and six dollars and the balance to be paid to him and no morel
I do hereby nominate and appoint Henry H Lingo and William HLingo my sons, executors of this my last will and Testament made. I have here interpret my hand and seal this 18th day of September 1862.
