Note: Thomas Hinckley was the last Governor of Massachusetts Colony(Plymouth) from 1651 to 1692. They resided at Barnstable where their eight children were born. Thomas married twice more and had an additional nine children. (See the Hinckley sketch for more on Thomas and his family.)
