THE MORGAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Thursday, January 13, 1927 AGED WOMAN DIES AT PENNSVILLE Mrs. Rebecca Harris Wartenbee, age 84, died this morning about 1:30 ather home in Pennsville of heart trouble and other infirmities. She had been in failing health for some time but had been bedfast but a few days. Up until recently she resided alone. Her madian name was Rebecca Harmer and she was a daughter of the late Naylor and Isabelle Harmer. Practicably all her life was lived in or about Pennsville. She was twice married, first to Reese T Harris, they had two children both died in infancy. Following his death she married Mr. Wartenbee who is also deceased and she was the last of her family. She was a member of the Methodist Protestant Church at Pennsville. Funeral arrangements were not complete at the time this paper went topress.
