Will;

In the name of God, Amen the Ninth day of November in the year of
our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Six I Robert Holloway of
the County of Orange of Provine of North Carolina. Planter, being at
this time of weak Body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory.
Thanks to almighty God, for the same, and calling to mind the
mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men
once to die, do make and ordain, this and no other as my last Will
and Testament. and as for such wholly estate it has pleased God ___
me with in this life. I give and Bequeath in form and manner as
follows with principally and first of all I recommend my soul to God
that gave it to me. Secondly I Recommend my body to the Earth to be
buried in a Chistian manner, at the caution (?) of my Executors
hereafter named.
Item I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Martha one third
part of my whole estate both real and personal and one cow and calf,
and also the whole estate to her and remain in her hands till the
day of her death or marriage at her at her caution(?)
Item I give and bequeath to my loving daughter Elizabeth Horner five
Shillings Sterling to her levied (?) and paid out of my estate
together with that part she has already received to her and her
heirs forever.
Item I give and bequeath to my Eldest son Samuel the sum of Five
Shillings Sterling to be levied and paid out of my estate together
with the part he has already received to him and his heirs forever.
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Brigett to be paid and
levied out of my Estate to her and her heirs forever.
Item I give and bequeath to my loving daughter Mary Reading Five
Shillings Sterling together with the part she has already received
to her and her Hiers and Asigns(?) forever.
Item I give and bequeath to to the remainder of the children of the
body of Martha my third wife the remainder part of my personal
estate. Item namely Prisilla Susannah Ann Stephen Rachel Ruth Jane
Litsie
Item I give and bequeath to my loving son Stephen the plantation
wherever(?) I now dwell containing two hundred and sixty acres more
or less after the death of my wife to him and his Asigns (?) forever
