Nathaniel's will was dated 29 Jun 1740 and probated 17 Aug 1740 so hedied between these two dates.

Note: Occupation was inn holder and operated the Crooked Billet Tavernin Hatboro, Pennsylvania. Died in 1740, leaving a will which is on file in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1729, Nathaniel Loofbourrow and Margaret (Bissett) Loofbourrow were involved in a suit against Stephen Delancey, John Moor and Co. (name spelled Loughborough). In 1732 Nathaniel left New Jersey to become the first known keeper of the Crooked Bittet Tavern, Hatboro, Moreland Co., PA, unquestionably Hatboro's first tavern. The village itself was colloquially known as "The Billet" or "The Crooked Bittet," for the better part of a century. Nathaniel's widow gave it up in 1762.
