| OBITUARY
William, the eldest son of John and Rhoda Wardlow was born nearSardinia, Brown County, Ohio, on June 28, 1849. He departed from this life on August 18, 1919, age 70 yrs, 1 mo, and 20 das. On Dec 16, 1870 , he was united in marriage to Fannie, the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Greathouse of Brown County.
Unto this union was born nine children, Oma the youngest dying ininfancy, leaving his wife and eight children to mourn his death.
the children are Joseph and Julius of Winchester, Mrs. Laura Smittleof Seaman, Mrs. Cora Henry of Worthington, Otto of Columbus, Grace and Nelle of Akron, and Florence remaninig at home.
In addition to his wife and children he leaves one brother and twosisters, and ten grandchildren and a host of friends.
A dear one from us has gone,
A voice we loved is stilled.
A place is vacant in our home,
Which never can be filled. |
